I have 16 years of in-house, agency and freelance experience working with a diverse portfolio of brands including Dyson, Virgin Media Business, National Grid ESO, Ordinance Survey, HSBC, Barclays and 1st Central.

From consumer electronics to finance, sustainability to telecoms, I help businesses communicate authentically and effectively through thought leadership, marketing, PR and internal communications. Having held multiple senior in-house and agency communication roles, I’m a safe pair of hands who can bring both gut experience and a considered approach to any project.

I'm passionate about producing accessible and informative content that connects with the right audience - from training manuals to short films, case studies to brand development projects.

Last year, I wrote my first novel: a historical thriller set in the dying days of Roman Britain.

In my spare time I read voraciously, play complex board games, and cater to the every whim of my cat, Zelda.
